I recently had a birthday and my husband hooked it up with the coolest new kitchen gadgets!  Among them was a tortilla press.  Totally unexpected, even though I had wanted one for a long time.  I spent the next few days trying out all the sweet new gear and started with the press!  This is a very simple recipe for Naan that is a lot of fun to make.  The breads are delicious by themselves or with sugar, sauce, hummus, etc.  Pictured here was my lunch the next day using the Naan for egg salad sandwiches.  SO GOOD!  l
