This is one of my favorite ways to eat peanut butter!  Who doesn’t just love peanut butter, especially when it’s paired with soft gooey banana, am I right?!  This wrap can be served warm or cold and pairs great with all sorts of sides.  Pictured here are some sweet golden raisins and one of my favorite granolas, the Coconut Chia Granola Cereal by Simply Nature from ALDI.  I can’t seem to find it on Amazon yet but, I did come across another one of my all time favorites in my search, you can grab a bag to try here!  KIND Healthy Grains Clusters, Oats and Honey with Toasted Coconut Granola, Gluten Free, 11 Ounce Bags, 3 Count  I also love these raisins from Trader Joes so I linked them for you here: Trader Joe’s California Golden Raisins, Plump & Tangy /16 Oz., 454g.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • Sides (pictured):
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup organic coconut chia granola cereal

Directions

Spread your peanut butter, chop your banana and place over the peanut butter and go eat!!

Optional variations: almond butter, or cashew butter

Also great toasted in the oven until the fillings become warm and the tortilla slightly crisps.
