This is a quick and simple breakfast that feels indulgent and is absolutely delicious, I make some variation of it at least once a week.  My favorite chocolate granola right now is Coconut CACAO by Simply Nature from ALDI.  It has the perfect mix of salty chocolate crunch and I love that it is made from all real ingredients without any preservatives.  It is a great source of fiber with only 6g of fat and has 10g of ancient whole grains like amaranth, millet and sesame seeds in every serving.  And for bonus points, it even contains all gluten free oats, so good!!  If you don’t have an ALDI near you, I found it on Amazon for you here:  Simply Nature coconut CACAO superfoods granola

  • 1-2 large scoops: honey Greek yogurt
  • 1 peach
  • 1 small handful: chocolate coconut granola


Scoop, slice, sprinkle and go eat!!
